Return & Refund Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software, health and personal care items.

To complete your return, your proof of purchase is required.

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund depending on the policies shown in the previous point. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied only to the original payment method, within a certain period of up to 20 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Late refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Products on sale and/or clearance

Only regular priced items can be refunded.

Sale and/or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift giver sent the order to be given to you later, we will send a refund to the person who purchased the gift, presenting their proof of purchase.
